Cleaning with foam offers many advantages:
- Using foam is like placing whatever needs to be cleaned into a large "soak tank". Picture yourself chatting after dinner for 30 minutes or so. When you begin to clean up, you can't scrape that dried food off your plates. However, if you place them in a sink full of soapy water for 10 minutes, you can simply rinse them off under the faucet. This is exactly what foam does for you.
- Increased dwell (contact) time causes this to happen. The cleaning chemistry stays in contact with the item being cleaned longer, allowing that chemistry to do it's job by loosening the soil, grease, etc... needing to be removed.
- The use of foam also provides significant savings in a couple of ways. First, the chemistry sticks to all surfaces, even vertical ones. Traditional spray on cleaners begin to run immediately, often requiring repeated applications. This obviously uses more chemical. Second, since the foam is 9/10's air, there is significantly less chemical utilized in the first application. Yet, due to that aforementioned dwell time and the foam being impregnated with cleaner, it does not sacrifice cleaning power.
- Complete coverage is ensured since the foam's visibility allows any areas not yet in contact with the cleaner to be obvious to the person doing the cleaning.
- An additional source of savings is found in the reduced labor time that typically occurs when using our foaming system with the partnership of the equipment and chemistry engineered specifically to be used with a foamer.
